Junior ESG Staff

Job Description: Junior Staff - ESG

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Staff member to join our Impact & ESG team in the role of ESG data specialist. As part of our mission to empower and uplift Indonesian MSMEs, will play a key role in leveraging data and analytics to measure, monitor, and optimize the impact of our financial products and services on MSMEs and communities.

Responsibilities:

Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets related to MSME financing, economic indicators, and social impact metrics.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track and communicate key impact metrics, including loan disbursements, repayment rates, job creation, and community development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Operations, to integrate impact measurement into product design, marketing strategies, and operational processes.

Conduct in-depth impact assessments and evaluations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our impact strategy and initiatives.

Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory developments related to impact measurement and social finance.

Communicate impact findings and insights to internal stakeholders, external partners, and investors through presentations, reports, and data-driven narratives.

Support the development and implementation of impact-focused projects and initiatives, such as ESG integration, impact investing, and community engagement programs.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

· Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

· Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

· Passion for social impact, financial inclusion, and sustainable development.

· Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities faced by MSMEs in Indonesia
