Then come in and join our Indonesia team as a Logistics Executive for Invivo to execute all Logistics daily operation in accordance with approved policies by the Company, Group, Regional Management and ensure that all processes and procedures are adhered within the applicable Laws and Regulations of the land so that CS Logistics can improve customer satisfaction through spare part delivery. The role reports directly to the CS Operation Head.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will ensure Import and Export is well performed and met with the timeline.
• You will create PO to factory and maintain end to end process till posting credit note
• You will monitor, review and perform GR, IR, spare part usage and return parts
• You will coordinate for CN Receivable with regional team
• You will process purchase requests, tracking and monitoring the status in spreadsheet
• You will maintain and update supplier master data in coordination with Regional Procurement in SAP
• You will archive logistics documentations according to local regulation
• You will actively contribute to cooperation with all other parties involved passing on all relevant information to improve the flow of material and value through the supply chain
• You will comply with Procurement rules of Siemens Healthineers Indonesia
• You will perform any other duties related to Customer Service and CS Logistics to achieve higher customer satisfaction.
• You will coordinate with custom for Instrument release and GBS for tax payment
• You will prepare document for temporary importation for CS Related
• You will manage delivery and pickup spare parts
• You will manage tools and calibration tools
• You will manage spare parts order and return
• You will manage spare parts NSI

Your qualifications and experiences:

You have a successfully completed Degree with at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service

Your personality and skills:

• You have a good attitude in work and eager to learn new things
• You take initiative and have problem solving skills when facing the challenges in the logistics operation
• You have a positive attitude to work in challenging environment and in embracing high performance culture as in Medical Service Industry, tight datelines, pressure and out of normal work hours is very common
• Working Location: Indonesia
