Manager UX & Design Product

At Kartu Prakerja, the Manager UX & Design Product role is a critical position in our organization. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and driving the design of our products. As the Manager UX & Design Product, you will be responsible for leading the UX and design team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of usability and visual appeal.

Job Description

• Lead and manage the UX and design team, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day work
• Create and implement UX strategies and design principles to enhance the user experience of our products
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements and features
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gain insights and validate design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and brand standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX and design
• Mentor and coach team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with external design agencies and freelancers, as needed
• Lead design review sessions and facilitate cross-team collaboration

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or related fields
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects and expertise in user-centered design
• Proven experience in leading and managing design teams
• Expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Technology, or a related field
