Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Managing Director to lead our operations in Indonesia. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to formulate and execute long-term strategic plans that enhance profitability and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term organizational goals.
• Financial Oversight: Take charge of overall revenue and profit/loss management to meet defined key performance indicators.
• Business Development: Build and maintain trustful relationships with key partners and stakeholders, actively engage in networking, and explore new partnership and sponsorship opportunities. Represent the company at major events and in communications with external entities.
• Innovation and Growth: Lead the enhancement of our B2B client-facing division, which is a significant revenue source, working closely with clients on various collaborative projects.
• Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and lead the team to ensure scalability and efficiency as the business grows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role such as CEO, General Manager, or Managing Director.
• Demonstrated ability in developing profitable strategies and realizing vision.
• Extensive experience managing and leading diverse teams.
• Strong grasp of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Knowledgeable in B2B advertising/marketing agency business models.
• Well-versed in various business functions including sales, marketing, events, HR, and finance.
• Profound understanding of corporate governance and general management best practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and public speaking skills.

The Managing Director will report directly to the Tech in Asia COO, focusing on B2B sales, finance, and HR, and will also collaborate closely with the CEO on product development and strategic initiatives.
