• Develop compelling sales materials for major products with a focus on clarity and simplicity to enhance our brand perception as an easily understandable insurance provider.
• Create engaging materials and tools to generate interest in strategic products.
• Ensure consistency and alignment of sales materials with product specifications, brand guidelines, and messaging.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather insights and feedback, facilitating continuous improvement of marketing materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of marketing materials.
• Provide leadership and support to a team of marketing professionals to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to product specifications and regulatory requirements, particularly those pertaining to insurance products.
• Verify the accuracy of all content within marketing materials, ensuring they are compliant with relevant industry standards and guidelines.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on creating sales materials and marketing collateral.
• Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to develop compelling and effective marketing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Good knowledge of general insurance products and regulations.
