What will you do

Job Description :

• Assist in the preparation of deliverables and products such as presentation materials, calculations, drawings (PFD, P&ID, Layout, Section and Isometric drawing), specifications, and cost estimates related to clean water, waste water, water treatment, fire fighting and any other utility services in example steam and condensate, compressed air, fueling systems, for industrial facilities and various building
• Design of Fire Fighting systems for various applicable fire fighting system, in example Fire Pump, Fire Hydrant, Fire Sprinkler, Portable Fire Extinguisher, Fire Foam water, fire gas suppression system, water spray system for Industrial building or various building in accordance with relevant SNI standard, and NFPA standards
• Perform construction administration duties, such as shop drawing review, RFI response, construction inspection, and respond to client questions
• Collaborate with design teams in producing Plumbing, utility services and Fire Fighting construction drawings, studies and reports
• Conduct planning and technical feasibility study for Mechanical Building Service engineering as well as water and energy reduction study
• Work within a project team environment and possess good presentation and client interface skills
• Design of Plumbing systems for Industrial building or various building in accordance with relevant SNI standard, and ASPE or IAPMO and/or UPC.
• Perform assignments designed to develop professional working knowledge and abilities, requiring application of advanced new technologies.
• Development of modeler: task setting, follow-up, progress assessment, develop technical knowledge to modelers. Data management

What you bring

Requirement :

• FOR MEDIOR :    Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable University (ITB, UI, UNDIP, UNPAD, ITS)
• FOR MEDIOR :   minimum 5 years of experience in Construction / M&E Industry such as Commercial, Industrial and Plant, etc.
• FOR JUNIOR : Degree in Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineer from reputable University
• Competent and understanding in construction drawings (architectural, structural, electrical & mechanical, PFD,  P&ID)
• Proficient in English , Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Fully understand and plenty knowledge of hydraulic engineering and heat transfer engineering
• Microsoft Excel expert /VBA (Data Analysis, Visualization and Spreadsheet Calculations) using Pivot Tables, Solver, Conditional Formatting, Advanced Functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF etc.) Filters/Slicers
• Able to use various technical analysis software is adventageous (Aspen Plus/Hysys, AutoPIPE, Ceasar II, Fire Hydraulic Calculation, Pipe Flow, etc)
• Able to use various drafting software is adventageous (Autocad / BIM / Revit / Plant 3D / AutoPLANT / etc.)
• Understand and plenty knowledge of various international Engineering standard and code, in example ASME, ASTM, API, AWWA, ISO, EN
• Understand and plenty knowledge of various Standard National Indonesia and regulation in related with Plumbing Engineering and Fire Fighting System
• Experience in Consumable Goods Industries (F&B  and Pharmaceutical) is advantageous
