👑 Job Role

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing cost estimating processes and evaluating the entire work program.
• Provide cost estimates from customer data.
• Estimate production process within company capabilities, seek outside vendors when needed.
• Process, estimate, and work with assembly engineering team to manage engineering change workflows.
• Consult Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, and customers on designs and specifications.
• Maintain document control system, including electronic files. Easily retrievable documents.
• Maintain control over estimating documents.
• Develop, evaluate, and improve cost estimating methods.
• Achieve improvements in cost estimating process.
• Specify and recommend changes to enhance cost estimating process.
• Make a project planning schedule related to time, materials, and man power.
• Establish and improve good cooperation between divisions for efficiency and smooth production and operations.
• Coordinate with logistics officers regarding the availability of materials, consumables and equipment needed at the location.
• Make regular daily reports and weekly reports related to project progress on the site.

⛩️ Requirements

• Minimum Graduated from Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering field with Diploma (D3) of education level.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on engineering estimator with multiple disciplines or related position.
• Experience with the following: AutoCAD, Catia, NX, Inventor CAD viewer (SpinFire, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret Engineering information.
• Knowledge of Assembly processes.
• Extensive knowledge of engineering practices and principles as well as understanding scientific methods of problem solving.
• Excellent analytical skills including the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, process, change and improve design and equipment.
• Able to manage multiple projects and tasks.
