We're also preparing to build a new business of Sports Community Center, and a Resort concept of Healing.

■ Vision

1) The leader of this team will become the Leadership position to lead the Daewoong business in Indonesia as well as theB-work, B-live, B-villa, Community Business.
2) The Leader have open opportunity to expand the responsibility to other business in Bali based on the capacity and experience.
3) Possibility of expanded global business based on successful experience in Indonesia.
4) Working under global business and global network environment.

[Operation Manager Co-working]

■ Responsibilities:

Main Task :
1) Manage daily operations in Cafe, Co-working, and Kitchen Team.
2) Manage schedules of cafe, coworking and kitchen team.
3) Generate and execute strategies to reach business goals (e.g. profit).
4) Communicate and engage with all members.
5) Handles all elevated complaints and issue.
6) Involves in Manpower planning and management.
7) Control of COGS and variable S&A expenses.
8) Continuously looking for operational improvements and members's satisfaction.
9) Produce Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports for managed departments.
10) Quality Control and Assurance.
11) Schedule and or execute training for team members.
12) Manage Partnerships.
13) Manages inventories and supplies of the co-working, cafe & kitchen.

Other Task :
1) Right hand of General Manager in reporting and operational update plus upgrade.
2) Interviews & Recruitments.
3) Involved in the ideation and execution of Events.
4) Taking & Making order in the Cafe (when needed).
5) Involve in operation and marketing budgeting.

■ Qualifications

[REQUIRED]

1) A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management or related fields.
2) Substantial experience in operations management, preferably in the coworking, hospitality, real estate, or related industries.
3) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff, foster teamwork, and create a positive and productive work environment.
4) Problem-solving abilities to identify operational issues, develop solutions, and implement process improvements to enhance the member experience and operational efficiency.
5) Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control, to ensure efficient use of resources and cost-effective operations.
6) Knowledge of coworking management software and tools for managing memberships, reservations, billing, and other operational tasks.

■ Work Location: Canggu, Bali

[Operation Manager Co-living]

■ Responsibilities:

Main Task :
1) Supervise and coordinate the activities of different departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
2) Recruit, train, and supervise departmental staff, including front-line employees and supervisors.
3) Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels through various channels, including surveys, reviews, and direct communication.
4) Implement and enforce quality standards and procedures to maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the accommodation premises.
5) Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve processes, and optimize resource utilization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
6) Monitor inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure adequate supply of goods and materials necessary for daily operations.
7) Assist the General Manager in preparing and managing departmental budgets, analyzing financial reports, and controlling expenses to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
8) Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to departmental staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.


Other Task :
1) Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement disciplinary action when necessary.
2) Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, striving to exceed guest expectations and enhance the overall guest experience.
3) Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
4) Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
5) Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction.
6) Conduct regular training sessions on service standards, operational procedures, and safety protocols.

■ Qualifications

[REQUIRED]

1) A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field is typically preferred.
2) Substantial experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality, real estate, or property management sectors.
3) Strong leadership and managerial skills are necessary to oversee staff and operations effectively.
4) Problem-solving abilities to address issues related to operation tasks.
5) Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to property management, leasing agreements, health and safety regulations, and resident rights.
6) Knowledge of property management software and tools for managing reservations, maintenance requests, billing, and other operational tasks.
