Organization Development & People Operation Lead

General Responsibility:  

1. Designs, implements and collaborates with other divisions to align the organizational development strategies with business objectives.
2. Conducts review and analysis policies and processes for positions affected by existing organizational structure, including role identification, reporting relationship, performance indicator, career development path and areas for improvement.
3. Delivers organizational development interventions and evaluates the initiatives.
4. Encourages adaptive behavior, works closely with key stakeholders and supports all overall strategy development and change processes.
5. Develops and manages salary classification, insurance plans and benefits on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation.
6. Oversees the administration of operation function, including but not limited to medical claim, annual leave and other administrative tasks needed.
7. Advises employees on employment regulations, benefits policies and procedures, prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
8. Manages the department cost center budgets and verifies all financial transactions; develops a variety of ad-hoc management reports as required.
