People Developer Core Competence Specialist

Job Description:

• Identify the program development needs and skills gaps

• Identify related curriculum and continuing learning program / classes
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employees' core competencies
• Analyze utilization of Learning Management System
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure alignment with talent development initiatives (Initiative : Interesting with new technology, example Gen AI)

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development or Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
• Strong knowledge of core competency development
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang
