• Research and analyze market, the users, and the road map for the product
• Had a vision of what he/she wishes to build, and convey the vision to the team
• Commitment by doing whatever is necessary to build the best product possible - and that means being actively engaged with their teams
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Define product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities
• Asses value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

Job Requirements:

• Experience handle product at least 2 years as Product Manager
• High curiosity and passionate in create improvements
• Demonstrate a high level of analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent form of communication and great people skills
• Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
• Demonstrated knowledge of operational issues with (portfolio management, risk management, etc.)
• Successfully implemented data-driven processes to turn a vision into an actionable roadmap
• Able to distill product roadmaps into digestible and relevant presentations to key customers and partners
• Experience to using product collaboration tools such as MIRO, figma and JIRA
