💰 Salary

Rp 5,250,000 - 6,000,000

👑 Job Role

Where you will tackle some challenges, such as :

• Develop expansion plan, including finding and surveying location for new stores
• Lead the renovation project of the location, starting with the design, layout, until the outlet is Live and ready to serve the customers
• Hiring and monitoring contractors and vendors to implement design ideas, such as Carpenters, Painters, Plumbers, Electricians, etc
• Review & monitor business / growth performance from each store to compare them with the feasibility study

⛩️ Requirements

• Education and Experience: Relevant degree and work experience in construction project management or fit-out. Architecture or Interior Design background is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Good communication abilities to interact with teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Technical Understanding: Knowledge of construction and fit-out principles, and the ability to understand design plans and technical specifications.
• Time Management: Ability to efficiently plan and manage project timelines.
• Problem-Solving: Skills in identifying and resolving issues that may arise during project execution.
• Team Management: Ability to work effectively in teams and lead project teams effectively.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changes and challenges that may arise during the project.
• Leadership: Capability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
