👑 Job Role

• Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive proposals for domestic and international projects.
• Ensure all proposals meet legal requirements, FIDIC standards, and World Bank regulations.
• Coordinate and review all aspects of the proposals, including technical, financial, and legal components.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with legal, finance, and project teams to gather necessary information and confirm alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate strategy sessions and lead proposal planning meetings.
• Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely submission of proposals.
• Analyze feedback from proposal submissions to improve future proposals.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in proposal management, particularly in an international context.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, FIDIC standards, and World Bank procurement guidelines.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Master's degree or professional certification in Business, Law, or related field.
• Experience in managing proposals for government and international funding organizations.
• Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills.
