Job Responsibility PURCHASING WORKSHOP EXPORT IMPORT:

Job description:

• Communication and coordination with the principle regarding the units to be ordered
• Support Procurement Workshop Process and All Departement process.
• Assisting the sales team for administration and procurement.
• Create and prepare documents for the import and export process
• Handle export import permits.
• Communication and coordination with forwarder to import process
• Processing another office procurement
• Make a report to the relevant manager

Requarement:

• Diploma or S1 Mechanical Technical, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
• At least up to 2 year(s) of working experience in Purchasing, preffered technical company or workshop technical.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Purchasing Export & Import.
• Deep knowing about Export & Import and forwarder documentation/process (Custom Dokument, B/L, Packing List, Polis. Etc).
• Expected to manager our current supplies, developing new suppliers, interest in buying & negotation process,
• Good analytical thinking, good communication skill, and detail oriented.
• Create and print PO (Purchase Order) and send it to the vendor, so that the purchasing process can run well on schedule and specifications
• Preferably to work multitasking
• Can work both of team, independently, and under pressure.
• Computer : ms office, outlook e-mail, and internet literate.
• Start ASAP
• Able to speak and writing in English Is Must.
• Location of Kawasan Industrial Millenium, Tigaraksa, Kab. Tangerang.
