Job Responsibility RECOVERY OFFICER - ALL REGION OF INDONESIA:

Talentive Consulting Indonesia currently collaborating with Fintech company and open an opportunity for “Recovery Officer” position placement in All regions of Indonesia.

Qualifications:

- Min. SMA/SMK/Associate degree.
- Max. 40 years old.
- Proven 3 years experience in debt recovery or collections roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with debt recovery software preferred
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and develop strategies for recovery.
- Contact and negotiate debt/payment arrangements.
- Investigate and analyze accounts to identify reasons for delinquency and develop appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of all communications and activities related to debt recovery efforts.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recovery efforts to management.
