Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Business Development Manager

Job Description:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence for the pharmaceutical company. This role involves identifying new business opportunities establishing strategic partnerships and negotiating agreements to support product commercialization and market expansion efforts. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders external partners and key decisionmakers to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities market trends and potential partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers distributors government agencies and industry partners.
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements licensing deals and distribution contracts to support product commercialization and market entry.
  • Conduct market research competitive analysis and feasibility studies to assess market potential and inform business development decisions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing R&D regulatory affairs and finance to ensure alignment of business development activities with overall business strategy.
  • Monitor industry trends regulatory changes and competitive developments to identify opportunities and threats and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present business proposals presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders to communicate progress achievements and future plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development roles within the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products markets and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in identifying and closing business opportunities negotiating contracts and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends identify growth opportunities and develop innovative business solutions.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients attend industry events and conduct market research.
