The Role
Partner with the Category Marketing and buying teams to deliver effective multichannel national campaigns that are aligned to the buying strategy and The Good Guys annual retail events.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the execution of multichannel promotions and retail events, special category campaigns and product launches as assigned. This includes considering the materials needed across channels to assist the customer journey from online to in store and beyond.
Collaborate with the digital and content teams to brief and map out desired online customer experience and education that supports the activities goals.
Track all advertising/ promotional activity and work in collaboration with other marketing functions and buyers to ensure that annual activities are cycled.
Ensure the effective delivery of regular event promotions ensuring deadlines are met, messaging is clear, consistent, and accurate. This includes, but is not limited to TVC, EDM, digital advertising, product submission, page planning and allocation, press and web landing pages.
Work closely with other marketing functions and buyers to ensure the collection of funds for supplier funded offers.
Complete effective briefs for the design studio, external agencies and digital publishing team to reduce draft wastage.
Develop clear and concise communications for Operations and the Customer Contact Centre to ensure a clear understanding of any promotion’s terms and conditions.
