Job Description

• Develop and maintain online and offline customer funnel monitoring tools (CRM)
• Setting budgets and targets such as KPIs CaCs
• Decide timely Marketing & Brand strategy for the entire company and each division
• Planning managing and evaluating marketing activities with the appropriate metrics that align with the companys goals
• Conducting timely market research and regular monitoring of industry trends customer behavior & competitors
• Ensuring adequate technology implementation for Marketing purposes
• Coordinate regularly with Corporate Secretary and Managing Partners to leverage client acquisition and retention
• Conduct periodical surveys to measure customer satisfaction and service quality
• Planning Weekly Monthly Quarterly and Yearly campaign strategies and evaluating the marketing campaigns
• Identify potential partners clients and collaborators within the tax and financial industry.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or Related Fields
• 35 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with high fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience in leading a high multitude of marketing projects as well as managing teams and budgets and conducting market research
• Prior exposure to the tax industry will be highly advantaged
• Proficiency in SEO Social Media and other online marketing tools and monitoring tools such as CRM and BI Tools
• Strong analytical skills with adeptness in reading customer behaviors and market trends
• Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
