Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Sales Manager (Luxury Automotive)

Our client is a luxury automotive company in Indonesia.

The position is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role involves overseeing a team of Sales Consultants, driving sales performance, and fostering a customer-centric environment. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the luxury automotive dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Performance:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing guidance and support to Sales Consultants to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, share best practices, and motivate the sales team.

2. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Consultants, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes high levels of engagement and motivation.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure Sales Consultants build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Oversee the customer journey, ensuring that customers receive detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Manage the negotiation and vehicle purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for customers.

4. Market Analysis and Sales Opportunities:

  • Analyze automotive market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and events that drive showroom traffic and sales.

5. After-Sales Service:

  • Ensure Sales Consultants provide satisfactory after-sales service to maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor after-sales feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

6. Reporting and Administration:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the luxury automotive sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury vehicle features, specifications, and market trends.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
