👑 Job Role

• Responsible for the development, negotiation, and sales and promotion of WARUNG channels in designated areas in West Jakarta
• Manage the sales team according to the company's requirements every day, assist the sales team in developing new customers and maintaining existing customers, and complete the sales tasks and active channel indicators assigned by the company
• Responsible for establishing a sales team of 15-20 people

⛩️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct sales experience in FMCG or cigarette product manufacturers/distributors, retail WARUNG channels
• More than 2 years of basic sales work, experience in snacks, bread, condiments, coffee categories is preferred, experience in West Jakarta channels is preferred
• min. Bachelor degree is preferred
• Good communication, negotiation and learning skills, strong sense of purpose, independent problem-solving ability and teamwork spirit.
• can speak ENGLISH
• Managed a sales team of more 20 people
