Sales Representative

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Beauty Manufacturing Company for the role of Sales Representative ( Mandarin Speakers) The job description will be as follow :

• Implement commercial strategy for the Indonesia market by acquiring new customer projects and driving growth of business pipeline for the company globally.
• Assist Management in acquiring high-potential beauty and personal care customers to drive topline revenue growth.
• Work with Project Management team to develop solutions to be offered to drive margin growth.
• Develop strategic analysis on the overall industry opportunity and threat, provide executive recommendation including long run plan and short term tactical plan.
• Lead contract negotiation including commercial terms.
• Develop annual sales plan & target projection for the assigned customer portfolio, to deliver company targets.
• Analyze customer performance and profitability on assigned accounts to find growth opportunities.
• Manage and build sustainable long term relationship with all customers.
• Work with project management team to orchestrate all cross functional dept in order to fulfill company objective. This applies both to Indonesia and Global company teams.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree of Marketing, Business Management, or other relevant major
• Minimum of 5 years works experience as Sales
• Have experience or exposure in beauty industry
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Fluency in written and spoken in English
• Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
