Sales Supervisor (Modern Trade)

The Company:

Our client is a leading integrated branded F&B platform in Indonesia that manufactures and distributes food & beverage products. They proudly manufacture and distribute signature-brand and principal-brand products. Their products are available across Indonesia through various channels, including food service, modern trade, and general trade, aiming to enhance the quality of Indonesian consumers' lives with a diverse portfolio spanning dairy, confectionery, meats and seafood, bakery, groceries, as well as fruits and vegetables. The Responsibilities : 

• Responsible for achieving sales target in modern trade area.
• Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance.
• Developing trade and consumer promotions and managing execution of such trade and consumer promotions.
• Controlling outlets regarding stocks availability.
• Securing visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events.
• Actively trying to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives.

The Requirements : 

• Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree of any major from reputable University with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Must have working experience as Supervisor Modern Trade channel at least for 2 year from FMCG Company.
• Know and have good relationship with buyers modern trade market.
• Strong leadership skills for monitoring SMD activities. Must be able to effectively manage and direct a team of SMD, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
• Target oriented, good negotiating & communication skill, pleasant personality and able to work under pressure.
• Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

Working Placement: Pontianak, Manado or Banjarmasin.
