Senior Booker - Model Agency

A dynamic modeling agency located in Pererenan, Bali, is currently seeking a Senior Booker. We represent a diverse range of talents and models of all ages and connect top talent with prominent international brands.

The ideal candidate is responsible for securing modeling jobs for the models represented by the agency. They will be involved in communicating with clients, negotiating fees, and coordinating the details of the job with the models. Successful booking agents/bookers in model agencies are skilled communicators and negotiators with a strong understanding of the industry and excellent organisational skills. They should be professional, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.

Requirements: 

- Open for local and expat candidates.
- Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
- In-depth knowledge of the Modeling & Fashion Industry.
- Bachelor Degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, or Business is usually preferred.
- Prior experience in talent booking, or marketing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success as a booking agent/booker. 
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible rates for models and the agency.
- Highly organised and able to multitask. 
- A good understanding of the modeling industry, including its trends and major players is crucial.
- As a representative of the agency, you should always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office and experience working with databases and scheduling software.

Responsibilities :

- Secure modeling jobs for the models represented by the agency. This involves communicating with clients, negotiating fees, and coordinating the details of the job with the models.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, models, and other staff members and be responsible for developing new business relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Schedule appointments for models to meet with clients, attend casting calls, and participate in photo shoots.
- Keep accurate records of clients, their needs, and their preferences in a client database. You may also need to update the database with information about models and their availability.
- Responsible for handling contracts, invoices, and other paperwork related to modeling jobs and need to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- You may be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for models, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
