Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role:

1. Implement MIFX compliance strategy.
2. Responsible for preparing reports/gap analysis, detailing these laws and how the company should adjust the business as required by such laws.
3. Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures as required by the regulator (as relevant), by keeping up to date with all changes in the regulatory framework.
4. Effectively identifying, monitoring, and managing compliance risks through creating, developing, and implementing compliance risk framework.
5. Manage, review and evaluate Company’s SOP/policies to identify hidden risks or common issues and provide recommendations, including ensuring corrective actions are carried out and executed properly.
6. Developing and maintaining AML Program.
7. Developing Data Protection Program.
8. Stay up to date with compliance requirements for financial institutions applicable domestically and internationally.
9. Handling internal audit and audit of authority.
10. Actively collaborate with other division or department to create a culture of compliance.
11. Actively collaborate and built relationship with government institutions and authority i.e. Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (Bappebti), Futures Exchanges, Clearing Institutions and Association.
12. Train and educate MIFX team members on any compliance guidelines.
13. Conduct regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with applicable regulations.
14. Reporting to Head of Legal & Compliance related pending issues, issues for discuss and issue resolved.

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in this specific area:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree, majoring in Law.
2. Working experience in Compliance field with min. 4 years experiences, working in financial industry is a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of financial industry processes and regulations.
4. Strong analytical skill with end mind of regulatory and risk perspectives.
5. Must have a deep understanding of corporate compliance and good corporate governance practices, and must possess relevant experience in establishing and implementing compliance programs.
6. Preferable to have deep knowledge or experience in implementing the following compliance programs especially in financial industry.
7. Experience and knowledge of AML regulations/laws.
8. Certified compliance professional is a plus.
9. Strong written and communication skills.
10. Professional english proficiency.
