职责

要求

1. 拥有会计与金融学位，至少5年高级财务职位经验。

2. 拥有CPA、CMA等专业会计资格证书者优先。

3. 英语和印尼巴哈萨语书写和口语流利。

4. 精通Microsoft Office并有ERP系统经验。

5. 深入理解会计标准和普遍接受的会计原则。

6. 有银行安排经验和全面的税务知识。

7. 最好是具有海鲜制造行业经验的候选人。

8. 愿意搬迁并在穆恩卡尔工作。

Job Description

We seek a diligent Senior Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations in Muncar, Jawa Timur. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting, enhance financial controls, and lead strategic financial initiatives to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain robust financial controls and recommend procedural improvements.

2. Prepare timely monthly financial reports, analyzing performance against forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.

3. Develop and manage quarterly consolidated financial statements and reporting packages.

4. Oversee banking relationships and manage communications with financial institutions regarding banking facilities.

5. Liaise with external and internal auditors for auditing matters and coordinate the preparation of annual reports.

6. Compute taxes and ensure compliance with all tax requirements, including timely filing and payment.

7. Develop necessary forms and manuals for efficient accounting and finance functions.

8. Perform ad hoc analysis and duties to support the finance department.

Requirements

1. Degree in Accounting & Finance with at least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role.

2. Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA and CMA are preferred.

3. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.

5. Strong understanding of accounting standards and generally accepted accounting principles.

6. Prior experience in banking arrangements and comprehensive knowledge of taxes.

7. Preferably, a candidate with experience in the seafood manufacturing industry.

8. Willingness to relocate and work in Muncar, Jawa Timur.
