We are now looking for Senior Operations Expert to join our site in Jakarta,  Indonesia . The position is a permanent opportunity.

What will you be doing?

As Senior Operations Expert your work will focus, but are not limited to, these responsibilities:
•    Timely solve customer technical and operational issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability
•    Ensure coordination with Agreement Managers and support to achieve KPI targets.
•    Work closely with digital product development to ensure the digital products are developed to support our customer business.
•    Create external awareness and visibility of digital tools and successes through predictive analytics and remote support
•    Make full use of data and analytics and provide proactively valuable technical advice based on AI-driven expert insight tools.
•    Ensure competent resources and competence development of personnel within the team, coach, and mentor operations management experts.
•    Implementing assigned action plans and ensure that the business objectives and targets are met.
•    Have ownership of monitoring and analysing equipment operation performance to improve and maintain the overall performance of the installation. Ensure that the required documentation is created to internal and external stakeholders.
•    Development of operations management function and implement Agreement Management action plans, processes, and guidelines in the assigned responsibility area.
•    Handle and monitor Tech Requests for the agreement installations.
•    Ensure implementation of the processes and tools according to business as well as Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines. 

The below will enable you to shine in this role:
•    B.Sc Mechanical Engineering, BE / Marine UK1 class engineer
•    Experience: 12-15 years with min. 2 years of functional experience
•    Fluency in English, both oral and written
•    Proven reporting and analytical skills
•    Experience of Marine and/or Power Plant installations, engines, auxiliary systems and processes with good understanding of our customers business
•    Capability to see the big picture
•    Experience in using equipment monitoring tools and HMI’s is of advantage
•    Knowledge in engine and/or system performance and related analytics is seen as a merit
•    Proactive, systematic and organized way of working
•    Good skills in communication, customer orientation and self-management
•    Open to learn, adapt and develop to new technologies
