About the role:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO practices and a proven track record of enhancing online visibility and driving organic growth, particularly within the eCommerce or luxury goods industry. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that align with our business goals, improving our search engine rankings, and increasing web traffic to solidify our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough SEO audits for our website to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies to address them.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics, including but not limited to keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO adjustments.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content production and marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.
• Provide expert advice and insights to the marketing team on SEO-related topics, helping to guide content creation and digital marketing efforts.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure best practices are followed on new website features and during website redesigns.

⛩️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the eCommerce or luxury goods industry.
• Demonstrable track record of improving SEO performance and achieving growth objectives.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed strategic decisions.
• Strong knowledge of and update about Western Culture trends is preferred, with the ability to leverage this understanding to make strategic SEO decisions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferre
