Strategy & Planning

• To set strategy for scaling up Dual Banking Leveraging Model in Corporate.
• To set initiatives and action plans to support the achievement of sharia KPI of Corporate Banking and the growth of CIMBN Syariah assets and revenue. 
• To liaise with sharia product development team to assure availability of products and services to support the sharia business 
• Keep abreast with the development of sharia industry in Indonesia and develop networks among the market players.

Business Performance and Management

• Focus on sharia business growth. Acting as prime mover to expand assets and liabilities of CIMBN Syariah through DBLM in Corporate Banking. Increase revenue from sharia business of COBA.
• Improve asset quality of CIMBN Syariah. 
• Cross sell other CIMBN and CIMBN Syariah products and services. 
• Assure smooth execution process and monitoring/reporting of sharia corporate.
• Increase profile of CIMB Niaga Syariah and represent CIMBN Syariah internally and externally.

People Management

• To socialize and educate corporate team and wider personel of CIMBN regarding sharia banking and Islamic finance. 
• To coordinate internal resources and refine the end-to end process of sharia transaction. 
• Works with stakeholders to build CIMBN talent pipeline (sharia specialist) and succession plan. 
• Maintain CIMBN as a best place to work.

Regulatory Compliance

• Comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory
• Ensures the Sharia Corporate Group operations are in compliance with Group, local and regional regulations 
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, Fatwas and external auditors
