Solusi Consultancy, a leading marketing, communication, and PR agency based in Bali, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a marketing/social media agency environment. We are looking for individuals who are accustomed to working with multiple clients simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Fulltime
• Hybrid job: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote
• Location: Bali
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible hours)
• Monthly Starting Salary: 5jt - 10jt IDR (Based on experience)
• Starting date: ASAP
  
   

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, with a focus on Meta and Instagram
• Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including visual content using tools like Canva
• Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts that align with the client's brand voice and objectives
• Collaborate with the production team and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth execution of social media campaigns
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related field
• High proficiency in using social media platforms, especially Meta and Instagram
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and proactivity
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work remotely and remain proactive and accountable
• Proficiency in using other social media platforms, such as TikTok and LinkedIn (plus)
• Knowledge of Google Ads and SEO (plus)
• Understanding of Website UI/UX principles (plus)
• Background in Marketing, PR, or Journalism (plus)
