Social Media Manager Requirement:
Experience in developing social media content strategy and managing social media content calendars.
Ability to develop copy in the brand’s tone and voice, as well as propose sound recommendations on content formats that can cut through the clutter on social media.
Ability to proofread and copyedit copy aligned to clients’ expectations.
Ability to proof visuals aligned to clients’ expectations.
Experience in managing a team of associates, copywriters and designers to ensure programmes are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Fluent in social media marketing reporting metrics (organic and paid) to make sense of data and develop impactful insights to optimise programmes moving forward.
Effectively develop impactful social media advertising campaigns, execute and optimise the advertisements to achieve the KPIs set for our client partners.
Ability to run paid ads on IG & FB along with data analytics is a BIG Plus. QUALIFICATIONS:
3.5 to 5 years of Social Marketing, ideally in B2C brands (fashion, beauty/skincare,etc).
Fluent in English, written and spoken
BA or BS in communications or related field
