👑 Job Role

• Contributing ideas, planning communication strategies, and following up activities for Marketing campaigns.
• Using social media analytical tools and creating social media reports.
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Create and schedule daily posts across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.
• Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and understand user engagement.
• Provide constructive feedback and initiate new campaigns to attract a larger audience.
• Communicate with followers, response to comments and messages, record complaints, questions and issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or journalism is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media, marketing or as a digital media specialist.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs and Campaign effectiveness.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
