Special Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects in various areas by planning, implementing, establishing KPIs, and following up.
• Ensure that all the important tasks are assigned with clarity. A proper chain of work is being followed to avoid confusion during the various stages of project development and marketing.
• Collaborate with senior management to align projects with the organization's strategic objectives, identifying key deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including departments like marketing, operations, IT, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with various stakeholders.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, addressing issues and making adjustments as needed.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining tasks, timelines, and milestones.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Generate regular status reports for head of project manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in finance, business management, or relevant major. Master’s degree will be an advantage.
• At least 3-4 years of cumulative working experience in corporate strategy, revenue management, and project management.
• Fast learner on understanding the whole business process
• Problem-solving skills, e.g., strategic thinking, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, and mindset
• Communication skills, including verbal communication, report writing, and presentation skills
• Interpersonal skills, including leadership, teamwork, and adaptability
• High attention to detail and accuracy
