Staf Advokasi dan Perencanaan Strategis

Kartu Prakerja is a leading skill development program in Indonesia, aimed at providing training and assistance to enhance the skills and employability of the workforce. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as Staf Advokasi dan Perencanaan Strategis (Advocacy and Strategic Planning Staff).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing advocacy strategies to promote the benefits and impact of the Kartu Prakerja program;
• Engaging with stakeholders including international institutions, government agencies, NGOs, and community organization to build strategic partnerships and advocate related issues;
• Conducting research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for program improvement and expansion;
• Preparing reports and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and implementation of advocacy and strategic planning initiatives;
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of advocacy efforts and proposing adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (social science, public policy, international relations, etc)
• Proven experience in advocacy, strategic planning, program management or a related field;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong capability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written English and
• Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently;
• Strong organizational and project management skills;
• Knowledge of the Indonesian labor market and skill development programs is preferred;
• Passion for social impact and improving the lives of individuals through skill development.
