Supervisor Digital Marketing

We, PT. Kotagede Jewellery Group, are a company with a team filled with young and enthusiastic individuals. Our work culture upholds the values ​​of the Qur'an and Hadith. We are currently looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Leader to join our Branding & Marketing Team.

Key tasks:

• Ability to create and attract serious leads (generate quality leads) both online and offline
• Monitor branch store revenue to exceed predetermined targets
• Detail-oriented in breaking down revenue targets into several income stream channels such as organic and paid Instagram, Google Maps, Google AdWords, offline leads, marketplaces, etc.
• Able to handle KOLs
• Able to manage Internal and External Content Creator teams, Customer Service Deal Makers, Advertisers, and Social Media Specialists to achieve KPI targets such as revenue and digital metrics like follower growth, engagement rate, reach, brand collaborations, etc.
• Analyze and compile weekly and monthly reports and present them to the Manager and CEO
• Open up offline markets with potential vendors in the wedding sector both online and offline

Qualifications:

• Must have and be able to demonstrate a portfolio of previous best work results.
• The ideal candidate for this position must be innovative and proficient in social media, websites, and multimedia.
• Able and willing to read the Qur'an.
• Willing to visit/headquarters in Yogyakarta for coordination with the central team.
• Minimum D3 education or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in managing digital marketing.
• Excellent knowledge of social media (Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) and other social media best practices.
• Experienced in developing strategies, knowledge, and skills to optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram ads) and Google Ads.
• Focus on detail and data.
