• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Engineer with a focus on Microsoft technology.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019) and associated services.
• Strong proficiency in managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core Microsoft infrastructure components.
• Experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are a plus.
