We are now looking for Territory Sales Supervisor/Manager to achieve company objective for General & Modern Trade channels in the assigned region (Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Selatan).

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Develop and implement long term commercial strategies across channel/ business unit
  • Responsibility and accountability for a channel P&L with empowerment of initiatives to drive commercial success and competitor advantage
  • Apply the Commercial Execution Toolkit to drive profitable growth and competitive advantage throughout a sales team
  • Contract for and manage external teams in the areas of merchandising, distribution and sales, as required
  • Coach team to deliver commercial results and high level collaboration with customers
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior customer contacts and internal departments
  • Ensure the active participation of the distributors in the Pre Demand Planning Process.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • University Graduate, post graduate would be an advantage
  • Min 10 years line sales experience, preferably from FMCG
  • Strong records in General & Modern Trade management and sales experience
  • Strong track record in leadership, working within cross-functional teams, influencing and communications skills
  • Strong track record of delivering results and meeting and exceeding business goals
  • Strong communication in English – read, write and speak
  • Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin
