Job Description

We are looking for a role with a strong engineering background and proven leadership abilities in marketing. This role will lead the search marketing team while collaborating closely with both the product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between technical capabilities, product development, and marketing strategies. S/he is expected to possess critical-thinking, understand the business of each products, and be able to analyze a large dataset of online user behaviors, conversions data, customer journey, market competitors and tailor them to actionable insights and campaign execution improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Search Engine team, providing direction, strategy, and mentorship to drive successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Track KPIs and deliver regular data-driven actionable reports to improve results
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to create product strategy & roadmap to continuously address the short-term and long-term business needs effectively and efficiently
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
• Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, product management, and engineering

Requirements

Requirements (Education Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences) 

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data or engineering roles, with a proven track record of leadership and project management.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and experience collaborating with marketing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, Tableau and MS Excel.
• A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the fast-changing and dynamic industry, synthesize learnings to strategic growth levers that generate tangible business impacts.
• A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence in a multicultural setting.
