Job Description

• Checking inspection report format and photo. 
• Conducting BeQik/Rexroth Indonesia Monitoring service job update. 
• Administrating Purchase Requisition submission. 
• Regular checking for workshop consumable items and creating purchase plan. 
• Routine machine checking with service engineer at workshop. 
• Checking equipment calibration schedule

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma/bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 
• Preferably in late semesters. 
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel will be high advantage. 
• Having great attention to detail. 
• Familiar with data recording and data management. 
• Convenient working on workshop environment. 
• Keen for learning and showing initiative. 
• Demonstrating decent and assertive communication skills.
