👑 Job Role

• Merchant Communication: Initiate and maintain regular communication with our network of merchants to foster strong relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for merchant inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of our merchants by analyzing key metrics.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics tools to assess merchant performance and identify trends or anomalies.
• Problem Resolution: Address any issues or disputes that may arise between the company and merchants promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to find effective solutions.
• E-commerce Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the e-commerce sector. Share insights and knowledge with the team to help improve our merchant relationships.

⛩️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong passion for communication and relationship building.
• Basic understanding of the e-commerce industry and its key concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools is a plus.
