Job Description

• Preparing invoices and sorting delivery order (invoicing, delivery, pricing administration support)
• Conducting general administrative function and support.
• Assisting travel coordinator tasks.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students (min. S-1) from any major, preferably from Business Administration/Management/Secretarial major.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in general office administration.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Keen to learn and proactive.
• Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle multitasking work.

Additional Information

• Open for COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY.
• Full-time and hybrid work arrangement paid internship for 6 months.
