Job Responsibility Telemarketing Internship:

Responsibilities

• Make a phone call using the database given to offer Multimatics Consultancy programs and services
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Use scripts to provide information about the programs, services and its benefit
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Get the detailed information of the customer such as company, contact numbers, designation and forward to designated Multimatics Sales
• Create a schedule of meeting with customer and Multimatics sales as possible
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Requirements

• Undergraduate student in IT, administration, management or equivalent
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Have good tone in calling
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Target oriented and persistent
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Good listener and fast response
