Receive document from Customer, Messenger in Tanjung Priok

Prepare documents to be sent send to Head Office

Filling all documents

Generate reports for FLIP reconciliation

Assist field operations to prepare documents for customs purposes

Collect supporting document from field operation such as Invoice, Storage, e.t.c.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

Able to operate Microsoft Office

Able to work under pressure with a tight deadline.

Negotiation & bargaining skills.

Critical thinker.

High curiosity and eagerness to learn.

Able to adapt to a challenging and dynamic work environment.

English proficiency.

Computer literate.

Preference will be given to those who live in Tanjung Priok
