What You'll Do Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to achieve campaign objectives
Use analytics tools to measure key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), conversion rate, and ad spend (ROAS)
Regularly track, analyze, and report on the performance of TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and Meta Ads
Utilize demographic, geographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting options to reach the right audience
Create and optimize ad campaigns on TikTok, Shopee, and Meta platforms
Understand the basics of SEO and SEM What You'll Need Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their features
Enthusiasm for learning and keeping up with industry trends
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas
