As a Communication Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our internal and external communication efforts. You will collaborate with experienced professionals to develop engaging content, manage projects, and contribute to strategies that strengthen employee and media relations, ultimately driving business success.
M ain Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
- Develop creative concepts, design elements, and write compelling content for various internal and external communication materials (e.g., newsletters, social media posts, website copy, videos, etc.)
- Maintain and update content on our intranet, website, and other internal platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and user experience.
- Assist with planning and logistics for corporate events, providing on-site communication support to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for the development and production of high-quality communication materials, managing timelines and budgets effectively.
- Support the Communication team with additional programs assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Job Skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Proficient in design tools to visually enhance communication materials (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc).
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently present information and ideas
- Possess a basic understanding of data analysis to track communication campaign performance
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- We are seeking a highly motivated intern for a full-time, 6-month commitment starting in July 2024. While we prefer a full-time commitment, we are open to discussing alternative schedules that meet the needs of both parties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create compelling presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Have excellent written and spoken English to craft clear, concise, and impactful messages.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Thrives in a hybrid work environment and able to work effectively from the office, remotely, and collaborate virtually with colleagues across locations.
