Community Intern - Girls Beyond by Female Daily Network

Responsibilities

• Community engagement: create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere on the Girls Beyond Discord server by generating daily engaging content, discussions, and activities to promote active participation from community members
• Engagement activation events: Plan, organize, and execute online and offline events to activate the Girls Beyond Circle
• Newsletter creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop and curate engaging content for a regular newsletter, ensuring the Girls Beyond community stays informed and engaged with relevant information, announcements, and upcoming events
• Help manage the end-to-end process of community projects and activations and ensuring the deliverables are met (such as KPI responds and members)
• Assist in creating reports and presentations on community projects and activations of Girls Beyond Circle

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or final semester student 
• Available to do full-time internships on May - Oct 2024
• Able to come to our office at least 2x per week
• Passionate about women empowerment, personal development, and career development topics
• Strong time management skill and have the ability to adapt in fast-paced work environment
• Familiarity with Discord and experience in managing and moderating online communities is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse community members
