Kartu Prakerja is a large skill development program initiated by President of Indonesia. It is a first government startup in Indonesia with end-to-end digital service. It all began on February 2019 when the President presented his idea for a program to increase the competency, productivity, and competitiveness of Indonesia’s labor force, while promoting entrepreneurship. Currently, the Kartu Prakerja Program has reached more than 16 million of program participants in 514 regencies/cities across Indonesia.

PMO Kartu Prakerja has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Copy Editor/Writer Staff. The role is responsible for (i) Writing and editing well-researched articles in various formats, ensuring that the style and format is consistent with Kartu prakerja editorial guidelines; (ii) Editing, revising and rewriting as needed and formatting to produce high quality, reader friendly, accessible, timely, results-based reports. (iii) Work with the relevant team to develop ideas for graphics and charts that creatively convey key messages/data in the report.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, English Language or Literature, Communications, Economics, or Journalism.

At least 2 years of considerable experience in writing and editing reports.

Strong research and excellent writing skills in English, including analytic writing skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Attention to details and familiar with the latest trends in economic, and social behavior and writing for international organizations.

Strong communication and facilitation skills and ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders in a sensitive environment is required.

High TOEFL ITP/IELTS Score is an advantage.
