We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Manager to lead our efforts in forging and nurturing strategic partnerships with digital advertising agencies. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and enhancing our service offerings, demanding a candidate with a robust agency background and a vast network within the digital advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships with digital advertising agencies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with agencies to create mutually beneficial advertising solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for agency partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with excellence.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to ensure that project deliverables are executed on time and in line with our high standards.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to the General Manager/Country Manager, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to improve our offerings and strategic positioning.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the digital advertising space, with a strong focus on agency relations.
  • 5+ years experience in digital advertising agency.
  • Extensive network and established relationships within the digital advertising agency community.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for strategy development and execution.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
