We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Mandarin HR Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role includes managing the HR functions, such as talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and performance management. The HR Manager will play a key role in ensuring the development of a workplace culture that promotes diversity, inclusivity, and innovation. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with our headquarters and facilitate cross-cultural understanding and collaboration within our diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
  • Lead performance management processes to ensure high levels of employee performance and satisfaction.
  • Administer compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and fair, fostering a motivated workforce.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Jakarta office and headquarters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven 4+ years experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the technology or related industry.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
