Fully understand the current operations, documentations, workflow, policy and guidelines of the end to end on/off boarding ofSuppliers working with appropriate individuals or teams.
Process incoming inquiries, vendor setup and balance workflow forSupplierService’s team
Document control management and reporting to assist with ease of use with the Sourcing Managers/Management
Vendor manage as it relates to the operational business requirements and expectations to vendors that help drive support and provides end to end transparency
Develop analytics and metrics for reporting tools to help support theSupplierServicesteam
Help drive a risk analysis to identify issues and develop risk mitigation strategy where applicable.
Communicate risks and alternative mitigation strategies to business owners and stakeholders.
SupportSupplierServicesManagement as required
Enhance the decorator tool as needed to fulfill ease of process needs of users
Execute monthlysupplierreporting, metrics, spend, back orders, PO volume and Invoice challenges.
Assist/lead in the coordination and execution of monthly and annualsupplierevents & trade shows.
Special Event Planning, Projects as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Experience Requirements
Previous Buying & Supply Chain Supply experience preferred
Previous vendor management or operations type experience
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and MS Word
Administrative skill set include report creation, updates and publishing including communicating at all levels
Professional customer service skill set for in person, on the phone or interaction over the internet
Proficient with Excel and report management
Preferablywith experience and knowledge using Oracle
