The Role


A. Material Master
Facilitate request for product maintenance to Diagnostics Finance
Prepare documents for creation of new product information to 4PL



B. Forecast Inventory
Initiated monthly inventory and demand forecast monitoring process.
Monthly Demand Forecast Accuracy Analysis with Coordination to Regional Supply Chain
Coordinate with Sales Manager and Marketing on forecast requirement
Prepare & update inventory forecast template on a monthly basis.
Provide analysis on supply situation, stock movement per SKU (e.g. Last 12, 6, 3 mos. average)
Provide report on supply stocks (incoming stocks, bottleneck, phase-in products & phase-out product).
Coordinate with Global supply chain planner (Indianapolis, USA and Mannheim Germany) for incoming stocks, expiration date, bottleneck issue.



C. Inventory Movement
Monitoring of stocks movement including short-life inventory.
Reconcile inventory with 3rd party Logistics record
Reconcile inventory at RD stockroom
Preparation of Inventory Withdrawal Form (IWF) and Stock Transfer to Principal (STP).
Correct and timely posting of inventory request transfer in the system
Preparation of necessary documents for write-off.
Prepare and send current inventory report per SKUs to Sales Manager and Marketing.
Facilitate processing and monitoring of request for sales and marketing promotion.
Prepare documents and process request for any related Pharma Trials initiated by RD Indianapolis or RD Mannheim.



D. Purchase Inventory
Prepare inventory report.
Create Purchase order upon confirmation approval from DC Head.
Proactively coordinate with Global Supply Chain/ Planner for purchase requirement.
Monitor arrival of order and assist 3rd party broker by providing shipping information / packing list.
Coordinate with 3rd Party Logistics on arrival of stocks.
Monitor posting of stocks at 3rd party logistics provider to commercial.
Who you are
Graduate of 4-year college course
Mat least 1 year logistics experience
Personal Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Application)
Ability to analyze inventory trending
Effective Communication Skill
